Cancel Items or Orders
Once the product is dispatched, the cancellation policy won’t be entertained. Before that, within 5 to 6 days, the Customer can cancel the product before it gets delivered.
Or Else tell the Merchant to update the Disclaimer on the Website.
Refund/Cancellation won;t be entertained once Customer makes the payment.
You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.
To cancel items that haven’t dispatched yet:
- Go to Your Orders
- Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items
If your order has already been dispatched, Select the Request cancellation option, and the item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment has already been made). We will shipment charges Inr. 100 only. If you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse to accept it.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept your cancellation of the product before the order is shipped. If the order is shipped and you cancel it, can the cancellation process be initiated? Will it only start when the shipped item returns to us? Once we receive the canceled item, we will give a full refund (excluding shipping, as we cannot refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
