Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. For example, if a payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited through the same channel to the same credit card by the merchant. This applies to all payment modes used by the customer.
If the received product does not match the customer’s selection, they can contact us within 10 working days, and the refund will be processed as per the respective bank’s TAT/norms.
