Shipping Policy

 Ordering an item from https://expertcomputersolution.com. We can ship to virtually any address in India. Our Shipping partners are Speed Post, DTDC and Professional couriers. You can view the locations serviced by following this link and entering the Pincode https://www.indiapost.gov.in/Pin/ for SpeedPost and https://www.dtdc.in/location-finder.asp for DTDC and https://www.tpcindia.com/network.aspx for TPC . For locations not serviced by speedpost the product will be shipped through other alternate courier that is available. If a specific courier service or mode of shipping is required please e mail info@alskad.in mentioning the order number and courier details. 

https://expertcomputersolution.com not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities. These are beyond our control and is subject to conditions faced at the courier company. Octroi charges will be applicable as per locations payable by the customer at the time of delivery.

If you order today, we will ship in 1 and 2 days and it will be delivered within 10 to 15 days for all International orders.

We will send international shipments by courier. We will try our best to get the shipment as quickly as possible.

If the order is canceled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on our Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs.149/- will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

Calculating Cost 

Shipping costs for orders from https://expertcomputersolution.com depend upon the weight of the product interms of physical weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram.

Domestic Shipping (Delivery)

 Domestic shipping normally takes 5-10 working days.
